From Awaji Yumebutai to Tokyo Station:

Take a bus from Awaji Yumebutai International Conference Center to Shin-Kobe Station. Time: 60 min. Cost: 900 JPY.
Then take a bullet train (shinkansen) from Shin-Kobe Station to Tokyo Station. Train tickets should be purchased at Shin-Kobe Station before boarding. For timetable: on this page, follow the link "Timetable" (in the "Information" box). And then choose "Tokaido&Sanyo Shinkansen" on the next page. Cost: approx. 14700 JPY. Time: approx. 3 hours 20 min.

From Tokyo Station to the Shinjuku Washington Annex hotel:

Take a train on JR Yamanote Line to Shinjuku Station. Then follow the map. Time: approx. 30 min. Cost: approx. 200 JPY.

From the Shinjuku Washington Annex hotel to the Komaba Research Campus:

Walk to Shinjuku Station, from there take a train on Odakuyu Line to Yoyogi Uehara Station. Time: 5-10 min (it depends on whether you take an express or an ordinary train). Cost: approx. 150 JPY.
It is 10 min. walk from Yoyogi Uehara Station to the campus, see the map.

From Yokohama Station to the Komaba Research Campus:

Take a train to Shibuya Station. Time: approx. 30 min. Cost: approx. 300 JPY.
Change at Shibuya to Keio Inokashira Line and go to Komaba Todaimae Station (the second station after Shibuya). Time: 5 min. Cost: 120 JPY.
It is 10 min. walk from Komaba Todaimae Station to the campus, see the map.

From the Shinjuku Washington Annex hotel to Narita Airport:

By train: From Shinjuku Station, take JR Narita Express (timetable). Time: approx. 1 hour 20 minutes. Cost: 3110 JPY.

By bus: Airport Limousine Service (timetable). Time: approx. 1 hour 40 minutes. Cost: 3000 JPY.
Note that you need an advance reservation, if you want to board the bus at the Shinjuku Washington Annex hotel.
