We recommend the invited speakers to stay at the Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex.
The fee for all your stay (approx. 12000 JPY per night) should be payed when checking-in.
You can choose to have breakfast (the standard "European" style) at the hotel (this will cost extra 1300 JPY per meal).
